For maintaining good health, it is important to have blood pressure, pulse, and weight in the normal range. In case you are trying to reduce weight or watch your blood pressure regularly, this software can be used to record your blood pressure or weight on a regular basis and view the progress through various charts.

HealthMonitor Software is an affordable and easy-to-use Windows program. There are many features, which make this software especially useful:

* Charting ability: You can display your blood pressure, weight, pulse, and temperature as daily plot, weekly average and monthly average. This helps you to see the change in more reliable way.

* Plot can be flagged with regimen or mood: As you enter the measurements you can also specify the regimen and the mood at that time. The daily plot can then be flagged with regimen or mood. This will help you correlate your regimen or mood with, say, weight or blood pressure and help you decide which regimen works best for you or help you to control your mood.

* Multiple plot: you can display plots of any two measurement items in one chart. This can help you make comparisons between two measurements, say, blood pressure and weight.

* Exporting/Printing ability: You can export all the measurement data into a text file. Or you can print out various charts. This is useful if you like to show them to your doctor.

* BMI Meter: The software includes BMI meter which shows the weight in proper perspective.

* Help File and Sample Data: The software comes with good help file and sample data to quickly learn about the software.

* Others: You can customize the color and other features of charts. The blood pressure chart has an extra feature that shows small alert circles. The alert circle is green, yellow or red depending if blood pressure is normal, borderline or high. This will help in alerting you and taking precautions immediately.
